Equipment

Our 8,000+ square foot facility in Alliance, OH combines high-precision CNC machinery, heavy manual equipment, and support tooling to handle everything from intricate components to heavy industrial work.

  • CNC Turning & Manual Lathes: Efficient production turning via our fleet of Okuma CNC Lathes, plus heavy-duty Poreba and Mighty Turn manual lathes for long-shaft and large-diameter work up to 11 feet.

  • CNC Milling Centers: High-performance Hurco and Okuma CNC Vertical Mills engineered for complex geometries and tight tolerances.

  • Heavy Boring & Manual Mills: Industrial internal machining using our G & L Boring Mill (5” spindle, 6' table), alongside Bridgeport mills for quick-turn manual setups.

  • Sawing, Grinding & Shop Support: Complete stock prep and finishing with Behringer band saws, a Heald Rotary Surface Grinder, a 10-Ton Arbor Press, SMW Indexers, and welding equipment.

    • Heat Treating: Nitriding, hardening, and stress relieving.

Precision Measurement Tools

Quality Inspection & Metrology

Quality control is integrated into every step of our manufacturing workflow—from incoming raw stock to final packaging. Our temperature-controlled inspection environment utilizes:

  • Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM): Mitutoyo Bright A504 CMM for 3D geometric verification.

  • Optical Metrology: Micro-View Optical Comparator (Model H-14 / EMD-6101 Formscan 6100) for non-contact profile and angle inspection.

  • Geometric Testing: Dedicated Roundness Tester for checking shaft concentricity and bore geometry.

  • Reference Surfaces: Precision Granite Inspection Plates for manual measurement and layout verification.
